I came across this neat network utility called NetStatAGent.  It is basically all the useful network applications rolled into one.  It allows you to monitor your TCP and UDP connections like netstat and gives you the option to close connections.  It includes other basic tools like Ping, Ipconfig, ARP, Whois, and TraceRoute.  There is a IP routing table editing section.

It really is nice because it give you a clean GUI interface to all these useful utilities which we still mostly use the command prompt.  One downfall it is still in Beta 3.  Hopefully the final version will be here soon.
